Cancelation of policy being ignored.
Hi. Platlife called me and not realising they signed me up for a policy. I emailed them on the 3Nov 2021 for a Cancelation of *** and I am still waiting for my comfirmation letter. Can this complain be forwarded to the necessary department to attend to my request immediately and canceled immediately as well. This is a pattern for Platlife according to most reviews. Trick customers into taking policies and ignore our cancelation requests.

A signed cancellation letter was received and processed via email on the 8th of November 2021. A consultant from our cancellation team contacted you thereafter for a legal closure and call backs were arranged accordingly.
You spoke to Bianca on the 19th of November and decided to keep your policy with Platinum Life. An updated schedule will be sent out within the week.
