Cancel Policy
I'm so tired of platinum life. I was unemployed for 8 month and they have send me sms that my policy has been laps. Now that I'm working they deducted money from my account after 8 month and I even send them emails and phoning them asking why and the only reply that I'm getting is someone will get in contact with me until this day, nobody got back to me. They are ****** and now how to rob people from there money. I'm sick and tired of them. Can someone/somebody call me ASAP to cancel this policy. ??

Our system shows that you were contacted in October 2020 for a policy with Platinum Life. Your documentation was sent out via email for the 30 day review period. I have requested these calls from our sales team and will gladly provide feedback as soon as it has been received
A cancellation was received via email on the 28th of June 2021 and has been processed. A consultant from our cancellation team will be in touch within the week to confirm this with you. Please note that my system shows no record of any calls or emails received prior to this

Since the last call from platinum life a week after I reported them. They promise that they will refund me on the policy until this day I haven't received any money in my account and the lady who called my was so rude with me because I didn't wanted the wanted to take out a new policy with them. Can someone get back to me ASAP.
