Can you trust platinum life?

My Sister has paid a policy for the last few years, expecting a lump sum to be paid to her in a few months, for the last 6months they claim she stopped paying the policy, every month we send proof of payment from the Bank, every month a call, we didn't receive the payment. Our friends had the same issue with them, Platinum life didn't pay the lump sum as were promised.

I have received your review and a consultant has been in contact with your mother regarding this matter. Kindly note that a discrepancy arose due to a stop order that was processed on the bank account.
