Call center - bad attitude
An acquaintance gave my name as a referral to Platinum life. They called me and asked a few questions. Initially I was interested to hear what this was about. The sent the "free gift" and I was called. The lady from the call center initially was friendly and explained all the "great" benefits for their product. I acknowledged all that she said. Then she said to me this is going to cost a certain amount for the cover. I started asking a few questions and she became agitated with me. Saying that the policy will be delivered and the deduction will happen. I do not wish to give my banking details over the phone. I asked if she could please send me more info via email and she got rude saying that they do not send emails. Please tell me in 2017 who does not send emails to a potential client? "All calls are recorded for quality and training purposes" - You can please invest in some further training. And take NO for an answer. You are also welcome to collect your "free gift", as nothing is free in this world.
