********* business - policy upgrades without your explicit permission

Just so everyone knows, in 4 years, your policy can be increased by over 40% if you neglect to stop the upgrade they force upon you. From time to time I receive a call from a very friendly consultant (while I am at work) rapidly naming a lot of numbers, and assuring me that I don't have to worry about anything; they will be sending me the policy documents and that I can calmly take my time to read through it and DECIDE IF I WANT the upgrade. And here is the big catch: If I don't perform any action within 30 days of receiving the documents, the increase is added automatically. I have tried telling the consultant during that first call that I DO NOT WANT any upgrade, but they insisted that I receive the documents and respond within 30 days by calling them back. That means that, among the other million things I have to keep track of in my life, I have to remember to call Platinum Life to keep them from taking more and more money.

I think that is a VERY ********* way of doing business.
