Bottomless pit known as Platinum Life.
Awaiting response all Dr reports submitted. Last communication if they pay it will be back dated to 2015. My question the 7 years of premium had I been ****ing money into this bottomless pit known as platinum life ? Taking matter up with Ombadsman.

Kindly note that our Claims Department will only ever request additional information in order to properly assess your claim. I have asked your Claims Consultant to give you a call to further assist and advise

13 Dec 2022, 15:47Your consultants are giving me the run around. I believe my issue need to be reviewed by Ombadsman. I requested an independent eye specialist of your choice even that request was wiped on your back sides
Now the latest bull**** was medical condition ? On point of sale I had no issues in 2008 when I was diagnosed I called Platinum and was advised medical health does not effect policy as this is accidental death and disability.
Now this bull**** company is using my medical as an excuse.
People beware of these f ing *******.
