Bordering on Harassment

Platinum Life sent me a “No Obligation” gift set because one of my colleagues gave them my details. I have since heard what they have to say, and am not interested. I field about 3 – 4 calls from them each day, and have since blocked their numbers and downloaded TrueCaller to assist in keeping them at bay. I have sent mails to their online contact info, and have heard nothing back. STOP HARASSING ME! I got a call on my work phone today, my WORK OFFICE LANDLINE! With my director standing next to me! Stop phoning me! I do not want your services and I do not want you to phone me constantly! Leave me be, this harassmet is terrible. What did I do to get on your "Call this guy repeatedly" list?! You people are tireless. Remove my details from your database immediately and stop trying to contact me.

Dear Mr. Larkan,

Thank you for the opportunity to speak to you and assist with your query.

As discussed telephonically I forwarded the calls our sales centre made to you and I have arranged that your details be placed on our do not contact database so you won’t be contacted in future.

I apologise if you feel that you have been harassed, everything offered by Platinum Life is completely optional and our consultants are passionate about offering potential clients our products in order to make sure that they are sufficiently covered in the event of an accidental death or disability.

Kindly let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Yours Sincerely
