Due to my financial constraints this period I nearly had my policy which I had with Platinum Life for a while lapse.

I received an sms notification giving me option for call back so that I get assistance I'd there is any.

The lovely, professional lady called Rose called me. She verified my details to make sure I was the right person.. Upon explaining my financial situation, I expected to be judged for nor paying. But instead I received empathy and assurance that my policy will continue, but with conditions explained.

It was a good and comforting call. She is an asset in your company.
