Best customer service experience.

At 9:05am Dec 12th, I received a call from one of your sales executives, Melissa. I normally decline all telemarketing calls because I usually already have the product they're selling or I don't have the time. However, this time I am extremely happy that I answered her call.

Her vibrant, bubbly, charming and overall amazing personality made it worthwhile. She was clear and spoke with conviction which tells me that she believes in what she sells and that she loves her job. She's a gem in a sea of coals (not taking away from any of your other consultants) and I do hope that she is valued by her employers as much as she's valued by this very happy customer. Her personality is liquid gold. She should get a bottle of the finest tequila.
