Best consultant ever

Sometime around July I gt a call about the breast cancer policy and I told the agent on da call that she must send me details about the cover but little did I know that confirmed the policy without my approval, I started having platinum life debit orders, so i am currently overseas and due to time difference I'll call outside working hours and last month I finally gt hold of the call center and spoke to Chabi, i was fuming and she kept her cool n told me she will stop the debit orders for now and go through my telephone conversation with the agent that sold the policy to me and if i am at fault, i wont get a refund and if the agent is at fault I will get my 100% refund and she was faithful, i gt her email 2days later that the agent was at fault according to the records and il get my refund and truly in 10days i gt my money back<br> <br> Thank you Chabi, you gave me the best service ever and stay as calm as you are
