Being verbally harassed to take a policy.
I keep receiving calls from Platinum Life constantly from the same agent. He does not seem to understand what the words "I am not interested" are. He was very rude and persistent, and refused to accept my decision. Please ensure that your agents stop harassing people to take a policy with platinum life.
