Being a single working mom I had to make the choice to cancel my policy when I did my budget this month. But Roxy from Platinum phoned me, spoke quickly and efficiently and helped me, by not only adding a break from the policy but also moving it a level down. So I still have all the benefits, a lower premium and most importantly, peace of mind.
