Being a holder of a Platinum Life policy with great experience thus far, unfortunately, due to current financial circumstances I had to reduce my policy and between Miche and Theresa I was assisted with great compassion and clarity on my policy I called in and was immediately assisted with my policy information and assured that I will be accommodated In absolutely no time my policy pricing was explained to me, the benefits were clarified and the confirmation of my debit order amount was confirmed to suit my needs Great service from both these amazing ladies!
