Be wary!!! Possible danger

A colleague shared my contact details for a quotation but with the promise I'd receive a free gift. A woman representing this company asked me all the questions you'd expect for an insurance quote. Once she had all my details, I did not get a quote, she said thank you and ended the call, but was told to wait 2-6 weeks for this gift. I was interested in the life cover quote because I was shopping around for one, the gift would have been a bonus, but I feel there's a ****. I am afraid that my information will be misused by a ********** body. Either this company needs to investigate or this company is a *****. Either way, I was a fool, I accept the blame. This is just a word to the wise and something to consider moving forward with a company that doesn't really have PR in the general public. It looks promising from the website. However, please, be careful, be very careful!
