Bad service platinum life
I have had a claim rejected on assumptions no one is calling me I have send numerous request to review my claim still no responds 😞 absolutely pathetic service platinum life is wonderful and all rosy when u not yet a client in my experience this is very pathetic. I was diagnosed with cancer in July 2024 went for a life-threatening operation nobody from platinum life even called me to ask how I am . They refuse to review my claim and I would not advise anyone to take out insurance with them anymore and those 100 friends and family I will make sure they cancel theirs as this is pathetic and ridiculous.
