my mom has been a client with platinum life since 2015 to cover both her and my father because of their status HIV, now my father has passed away when we claim they told us that my father was covered for accidental death of which that's not the reason why my mom has joined their funeral cover...now my mom had to borrow money to bury my father because of what platinum life has put us through. my mother just needs the money they've been taking from her since 2015 that's it

I have received your complaint and am following up regarding this matter
Please note that we specialize in pure risk cover and natural causes/ sickness is not covered on any policies that we offer on our side. The calls made when the policy and benefit was offered, have been requested and sent through to your mother on the 8th of March 2022. In the calls, no mention was made of HIV and natural causes being covered.
I have asked the consultant to give your mother a call again to confirm if she did receive the recordings and provide feedback accordingly
