Bad Service
I got a call from Platinum Life on the 7th of February 2018 and was advised that i will receive an SMS for a free gift after 2 weeks. It has been 2 months now i still haven't received any SMS .
I tried to complain by Client Care Riona Lala she advised my query escalated but still no sms or response.
Can anyone help me get the sms and my gift?????
