Bad debit order review Platinum Life Insurance.
I have had a horrible experience with Platinum Life after canceling 2 policies over a year ago they keep deducting money from my bank account each month. My bank Capitec says they are unable to reverse or stop the debits it must be done by the Company. I have spoken to them emailed them without any positive outcome. I need some assistance in this matter they are costing me over R400 a month and probably thousands over the year already thank you.

Kindly note that we only have one active policy on our system, that has been active since 2021. You spoke to a consultant last year and the premium was adjusted, but no cancellation has been received thereafter.
