Bad attitude from Platinum Life consultant
Oh wow my horror of being hounded by Thato Mashego from Platinum Life for 2 months straight. All I can say is can Platinum Life teach their cancer sales consultants to accept and deal with rejection well because as soon as I refused to give my banking details for a policy I said I would want to review but didn't want to give my banking details for as I hadn't agreed to the benefit yet, I got the call dropped on me without a ' thank you for your time ma'am'.... No guys if Thato or platinum life calls you, don't be pressured to do anything and expect this rude this response like mine after declining certain things
