Bad attitude
My wife was called by your call centre agents. My wife declined a policie, but the women feom the call centre did not understand that. The women from the call centre the rudely said she will send it anyway and that my wife must cancel it. The call call centre agent then droppe the phone.
They can please stop to sms me that i must chose a free gift. I am not interested.
