I initially received a call a few months ago for accident cover insurance deal that seemed too good to be true.The agent ,Rochelle ,was very knowledgeable yet friendly,driven but understanding. Due to a change in my financial situation I unfortunately had to cancel the cover ,which happened almost immediately, via email.The debit order was stopped and I received a call from the same agents,we chatted for a while and came up with a different more affordable policy option.Normally telesales agents they to FORCE FEED what they are selling,thank you Rochelle.
