Awesome experience.....

Awesome experience.. I have never had any issues or queries until recently when my premium was increased drastically. I emailed Platinum Life and requested a callback of which I got almost immediately. I was however not able to take the call and the agent mailed me to ask for a convenient time to call back. I gave her the time and she called back on the given time.. I explained what my query was and Ethreshia advised that my premiu.lm would be amended and that I would be rebated. Thank you, Ethretia once again for the excellent service provided of behalf Platinum Life
