Awesome customer engagement with Tracy
I contactee platinum life to cancel my policy after it had increased beyond my budget. I was contacted by Tracy who is extremely great at her job and made me change my mind, and decreased my policy premium. It felt like talking to an old friend as our conversation veered to life experiences. Shes really great. Never met her, but it felt like she had a genuine concern and interest in my well-being and it wasnt just a job for her.
