Assistance in time of need.
I would just like to thank the consultant at platinum life Farhana Ramburan for excellent excellent customer service. I wanted to cancel my policy. Because of the lockdown I have no income and would not be able to pay. Farhana listened and she was so friendly. Instead of canceling my policy and losing everything I have paid so far. She helped me by adjusting my policy to better fit me and my budget. She did not force me to do anything I didn't want to. Thank you so much. #30in30
