Assistance in opening a cover
Just had a very friendly call from Platinum Life with a consultant by the name of Nombulelo Ditlhoiso, and I must say she really did offer great customer service. She was very thorough and explained the cover in which she offered me, and could not resist in taking it. Keep up the wonderful attitude :)
