Sometime ago i wanted to cancel my policy as i was being hounded by the call centre agent. I am glad that i did not as i was diagnosed with a DCIS earlier this year. I decided to put a claim through, though many documents were required, Landi from Platinum Life has been amazing, professional and very helpful with my request.
