Asking for bank details telephonically

Repeat phone calls after explaining you are not interested, then somehow getting my wife's cell number and doing the same. Then asking for my bank details, which raised a big red flag, I then told them they are making me feel really uncomfortable, they proceeded to put the phone down on me thereafter.
