Asked for banking details over the phone

Seriously guys, the over-the-phone sales pitch was good, but I am NOT, seriously, NOT giving my banking details up over the phone. This therefore implies that I am no longer interested in this product so STOP CALLING. I receive 15 calls EVERY DAY. It is ridiculous.

Dear Stephani,

I have been unable to reach you regarding this complaint, but I would like to provide some feedback on this matter

Kindly note that an active contract is sent out on our side and that is why bank details are requested before the sale is concluded. I have corresponded with our sales department and nothing will be issued out in your name.

I do apologize for the numerous calls that have been made to you from our sales department. I have also arranged to remove your leads from the floor to ensure that you are not contacted again.

Please feel free to give me a call on *** if there is anything else I can assist with

Kind regards,

Hi Simone,

Thank you very much for your help in this regards.
I'm sorry you could not get hold of me but I have had to ignore all calls beginning with 010 141 ***x.

From other comments I have seen that the issuing of an active contract seems to be an issue for many others. This is because, as mentioned, the over-the-phone pitch is great and the products seem financially viable. I would suggest offering a cool down period for clients so that they are not immediately caught off guard asking for banking details. Many, like me, will still not divulge that sort of information over the phone.

Thank you for removing my contact details, I am no longer interested.

Kind Regards,
