As we are struggling financially, I was adamant to cancel my policy. I received a call from Tracy and she convinced me to take a cheaper installment that will not risk my finances. At the end of the call instead of cancelling my policy, I now pay a cheaper installment and still benefit from the cover. Thank you Tracy
