are they really good as they say

a platinum life agent called me and asked for 45 telephone numbers of my friends that I refer and for that I will receive a bottle of izabella Garcia perfume and would be entered to a draw for R20 000. the agent said when she speaks to me again its to tell me I have won. now the people I refered have all ready received their hampers but i'm still waiting for my perfume. No where is a page where you can see when the \competition' ends or who the winner is. do they really just say things to catch you to give them phone numbers. I mailed them and they said they will follow up after 3 days still no feed back. will they work like this as well when you have a claim. showing your true colours "
