Anelisa really knows her job. She’s patient and professional yet she literally doesn’t take NO for an answer. For every time I said NO she gave an alternative… eventually I’m keeping my policy with some adjustments that suit my pocket better. Great job Anelisa (see I even remember her name 😅)
