Amidst confusion when signing up, I had this policy for 1 year. But when financial strains has started this year, I took a finer look at my debit orders and expenditure only to see something I didn't recognize this payment. Juanita has been amazing... Seriously I get your calls all the time from you guys and it just depends on the day. She wasnt annoying or insistant, rather calm, confident and very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was ready to blow a fuse and she just kept her calm. She walked me thru certain options also where the error came in and give me time to rethink. I'm feeling better and happy to continue. Really well done.
