One email immediate contact with Tracy. Set my heart at ease. I don't need those my picky due to none payment she made it easier by reducing my debit facility by half from Dec 2019 until May 2020.. I'm so happy this was made possible, Tracy even explained in detail what will happen. And now I am still covered, Thank you to Personal customer care.
