Amazing service & accommodating

I spoke to a consultant with regards to cancel my policy with Platinum Life, Desiree. She was so amazing being attentive and accommodating me as I explained my reason for cancelling the policy and it was not easy to come to that decision especially losing out on the cash back benefit. So at the end, I did not have to cancel the policy.
