All calls No GIft

I recieved an sms in May 2019 that i have been nominated for a free gift by one of my close friends, and that i will recieve a call within the week. Without fail i have recieved that call very promptly, promising a free gift, and that i will recieve the gift within 4 weeks. the gift never arrived at my work place. I then recieved another call from a different lady stating that she apologises for the gift not being delivered and that it will be delivered within the week. and that it will include a voucher that has 6 months free cover in it, that was almost 5 weeks ago. and STILL no gift. i have considered taking the cover this time around, but i am not so sure anymore if this is te level of service that i will recieve
