Alicia called me after I cancelled my policy due to a financial problem
Alicia called me after I cancelled my policy due to a financial problem. She assisted me with reducing my premium instead of cancelling, which made a lot more sense. She is brilliant and knows the product so well. She worked out a great deal to suit my financial status. Well done Alicia!
