**** alert be aware of platinum life

About a month ago, I received a call from a Platinum Life agent claiming I had been nominated to receive a gift. A few days later, I received the gift and another call from the agent, who asked if I had received it and congratulated me. He then asked if I had a couple of minutes to talk.

The agent **** to me, saying that if I sent him all the contacts on my phone, I would automatically be entered into a draw to win R20,000 and immediately receive a R2,000 voucher. Trusting him, I selected all the contacts on my phone and sent them to him.

However, I have not received the promised R2,000 voucher, and now my friends and family are asking if this is a ****. I’ve had to reply with "yes" because I don’t want them to go through the same experience I did.

Shame on you, Platinum Life, for misleading me and others. You got my hopes up and left me disappointed, all to collect my contacts under false pretenses. I am deeply disappointed in this behavior.
