Agent was very professional and compassionate
Agent was very professional and compassionate. I am, however, disappointed in the policies the company has that do not cover people recovering from mental health issues and have requested that an email be sent to HR and would like feedback on that. Otherwise everything was as quick as possible and the agent as well as the Underwriter both gave excellent service.
