21 Jan 2025, 12:48Dear Vho Nthabi-Sarah,
I have received your review and am sorry to hear about the experience you had. I was unable to reach you telephonically to discuss this matter
Kindly note that mandates should only be sent out on conclusion of a sale, when consent has been obtained. I have requested the calls made to you to follow up and will ensure that this is investigated and addressed by our sales department
Please note that your policy will remain on the current premium and benefits and I have arranged for an updated policy schedule to be sent through.
You are welcome to let me know when I can contact you or if there is anything else I can assist with
Kind Regards

22 Jan 2025, 12:35Please note I won’t ask my bank to do anything to the account as I had mentioned that NO I don’t want the increase. I want to open a case of ***** rather as only then your employees will learn that NO means NO.
It also doesn’t take the whole earth to acquire the telephone records, your department’s are just dragging to cover for your employee.
Come end of the month and the debit goes off with that amount, I will take further steps.
