Accidental death and cancer insurance
I have a policy with platimun life . It cover me for accidental death and cancer. Now that I have cancer and claim against the policy, platimun life is not willing to pay out the assured amount. All medical records were sent to them and still they refuse

Based on the documentation initially sent through to our Claims team, you received a payout on the 20th of July 2020.
