A very excellent service

I called to cancel my policy with platinum since I’ve been retrenched and I spoke to some lady who wasn’t helpful at all, she then escalated my query to the lady(Talent) who help me when I took out the policy. She managed to help me understand and made things easier for me, instead of canceling I ended up getting a less policy and I can safely say am still with platinum life because of Talent , she definitely have a talent to retain customers. Am a happy client now
