A company that really cares
I have received the best service from Platinum Life. Not only constant feedback but the claim was also paid out quickly. The people working there really cares about you as a person. You are not just a number. Even after the claim was finalized, they still contacted me to hear how I am doing. Always wondered if it is really necessary for cancer cover, but after my experience, I can truly say I am very grateful I took out the cover, and even more happy that I took the cover with Platinum Life. A company that really cares.
