7 debicheck mandates

Got a phone call yesterday and they told me all about thier products etc. Since I was still at work I could not give my full concentration to what she was saying but I finally agreed to a policy of R147. So now it's time for me to do a debicheck but as much as I am explaining to the lady that my number connected to my bank doesn't get signal at work, the more she is pushing through the debichecks, jiki jiki, I now have 7 mandated for R147 on my account and I cannot remove them. I swear you guys should cancel the whole policy and debit orders or else I will take this further to the ombudsman. Cancel the free gift and I want no one calling me again. I really hope you sort this out by the end of the day or else there will be hell to pay on Monday. Regards Irritated Customer

Dear Christopher,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding this matter.

Your cancellation request has been submitted to our Sales Department, and no policy will be issued in your name. A DebiCheck mandate is automatically sent upon completion of the sales process to confirm the policy, but since no policy will be activated, no premiums will be deducted from your account. You can contact your bank to have the mandate removed if you prefer.
You are welcome to contact me on *** for any assistance

Kind Regards
