1 call only, didnt wait long for the phone to be answered. A lady by the name of Chrysanthea answered my call. Chrysanthea spoke clearly, offered efficient service and even went above her duty and googled information for me, on costs of chemo treatment, while I was on the call with her. She didnt even hesitate to give me my payment history from 2011. All round I would say it was a pleasureable call I made.
