<p>I bought a voucher from this group and months following that R99 rand kept on being deducted from my back acc. I gave them a call and they said it was their marketing team and everytime I asked to be transferred to them they would hang up. I had to go to the bank and reverse that debit order every time it came through, which meant charges to me. </p> <p>Then it was time to make a booking. I made a booking. They came back to me with options but I told them I was interested in free accommodation as it was also an option. They asked for an additional month, I said ok and no one said a thing to me until I kept sending emails asking for answers, calling them asking for their supposingly manager Rozana, who never happened to be there whenever I called, then I got an email saying my voucher had expired and I can't be helped with anything. They call me today and I asked why they only told me now that i have been pushing and pushing plus had made my booking way before it expired and no seemed to care at that point and all they said was that they can't do anything about that. </p> <p>These people are just money ******** and are not one bit professional. If there is a way to warn people against them please assist. </p> <p>I even said all I want is my money back then and they said they won't do that. </p> <p>Very ********* and disgusting company. </p>
