<p>I got a calll from ********** Polokwane and the agent said he will send me mail, so that i have a look and hell call me back in 30 Mins. He only sent the mail after the second call and i insisted on reading the contents before listening to what he had to say. I then investigated their listed hotels in Haartebeersboort in the North West and i called the owner and he said he has never heard of Platinum not do they have a deal with them. The Owners name is Edward and i have his number for future bookings to be made direclty with them resort. i asked the agent why a partner owner knowns no such and he said its because Platinums CEO was negotiating with hotels so i asked why mislead the public on deals that are not confirmed and he got agitated and started being loud.
