Terrible service

<p>I signed up for their R500 once off voucher and was adviced that if i would like to cancel or query i can call in or email them. I called on the numbers given to cancel but could not get through, i found an info email address on the site but no response. They debited me a month later but still no response regarding my email. I called in to sort this matter out but had no luck as i was told my payment went off i cant cancel. i then spoke to another lady that gave me a cancellations email address where i attached the first email i sent long before the payment went off . 15 days later and still nobody has contacted me except for sales trying to sell more servives. I told the sales rep about my problem and she was very abrupt about it on the call. Im very disappointed that this is the kind of service that is given . I myself work in customer services but would never be this terrible. Its really unbelievable </p>
