<p>I signed up hoping to get a holiday during school holidays, they did not have space for the time and place. I requested a refund in December and till date I am waiting for a refund. They first sent me from pillar to post up until I got hold of the supervisor/manager Priscilla Govender. She has been making empty promises ever since regarding my refund and now when I call to speak to her she is forever in meetings. I leave my contact deatails and she never calls me back</p>
