I have a voucher with Platinum Leisure for R500 for nights, do not be fooled by them saying its 5 days. I made a booking and they said I must Pay R4500 as I needed a cottage for my family. I paid them and after paying they said I paid late but they going to get me another place. The place they booked for me had a sleeper couch that can sleep a 5 year old and they said its for 2 of my 11 year olds. I then alerted them of such and they said I must change my dates. I could not change dates as it was for school holidays and had made plans. So I asked them to refund me my money as they are failing to get me a 5 star hotel of my choice. Now they are telling me of 50% money back yet they are the ones that do not keep their side of the bargain. I regret falling for this ****..
