<p>On the 13 April 2017, a consultant contacted me from Platinum Leisure with an unbelievable offer of paying only R500 for a 5 night stay at their listed establishments. She started mentioning a few establishments in the KZN area, with Coastlands Umhlanga being one of them. I agreed on the purchase, only to find out after terminating the call and perusing their website that Coastlands Umhlanga did not appear on their listings. I called in immediately and asked that my membership be terminated, I was asked to send through an email, which i did immediately, only to be deducted on the 15 May 2017 of R500. After numerous emails and telephone calls, i had received an email from Elaine Singh saying that i would be refunded with 14-21 days. that time has now past and i again contacted Elaine, only to be told that its in the process of being refunded and should reflect next week. Platinum Leisure is a ******* promising consumers establishments that arent on their listing in order to get sales. when time comes to refund they arent able to do it fast enough, and their lack of communication within their own establishment leaves little to be desired!!</p>
